    Hello Katherine,

My name is Carolyn Sams with the Foundation for Mitochondrial Medicine and I am contacting you to share information regarding an upcoming educational symposium on Autism, Parkinson’s and mitochondrial disease. The “Hope Flies Health Series: An Evening with Holly Robinson Peete,” is taking place on Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Atlanta.

Actress Holly Robinson Peete will be sharing her personal journey as the mother of an autistic child and how she advocates on behalf of her son. Following Holly’s presentation, a panel of clinical experts will share fresh insight into the world of mitochondrial disease and how it relates to Autism. Our panel experts include:
Dr. John Shoffner, Medical Neurogenetics, Atlanta, GA—Mitochondrial Disease
Dr. Martha Herbert, Harvard University and Massachussets General Hospital, Boston, MA—Autism
Dr. Zbigniew Wsolzek, Mayo Clinic, Jacksonville, FL—Parkinson’s
Dr. Robin Morris, Georgia State University, Atlanta, GA—Neuropsychology.

We would like to offer your organization a sponsorship opportunity for this exciting educational program that is heavily promoted to families of children with autism spectrum disorders. Please find attached sponsorship details.
