Facilitated by Dr. Kelli Ritter and Tracy McConaghie, this workshop is based on the ground-breaking work of Brene Brown— and if you haven’t seen both her TED Talks, you are missing out, in my humble opinion- and will focus on how parents can embrace their worthiness and raise resilient kids.
The Cumberland Academy of Georgia is hosting this event. The workshop is from 9:00am-2:00pm and the cost is $165, which includes lunch.

The Hirsch Academy Lecture Series has another fabulous event lined up! Dr. Larry Cohen, psychologist and author of Playful Parenting and The Opposite of Worry, is coming to speak to Atlanta parents at the Neighborhood Charter School- Elementary Campus.
This not-to-miss evening begins at 7:00pm and thanks to the many sponsors, advance tickets are only $10! Tickets at the door will be $20.
I already have my tickets for both of these events, but am always looking for other educational and professional growth opportunities in Atlanta. Know of any coming up? Give us the information in the comments!
